We start with the farmer. Every batch of our fries begins in the soil, where our potatoes are grown with care and patience. Proper soil preparation is one of the fundamental steps in growing the right product. Healthy, well-balanced soil sets the stage for strong plants, consistent color, and the clean, natural flavor we rely on.
We carefully select the best potato varieties for color, texture, and natural crispiness. After harvest, the potatoes are stored in cool, dark conditions to keep their sugar levels stable and their quality at its peak.
Before production, our potatoes are only washed — never peeled. We keep the skin on because that’s where many of the nutrients naturally live, including fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. The skin also helps the potato hold its structure, protects moisture during cooking, and contributes to a deeper, more authentic potato flavor. Leaving the skin on means less waste, more nutrition, and a more honest product.
Our potatoes are freshly cut to order, never frozen, and handled in small batches to maintain firmness and a naturally light color. Every order is freshly cut and delivered within three working days, so customers always receive fries at their best.
