Preparation method

Just follow the easy steps to make your crispy fresh fries.

There are two options for storage of the fries. We recommend option 1

  1. Store in fridge, 4 °C for max 4 days

  2. Store in Freezer, -18 °C for max 8 months

Storage


Frying

The most crucial step in the preparation, the frying. We Recommend using sunflower or rapeseed oil. 
 1. Heat fryer to 190 °C
2.  Fill basket with fries, do not overfill, 1/2 hands of fries max

3. Lower basket slowly to reduce splashing

4. Fry for 4-5 minutes till golden brown.

5. Drain oil from fries above your fryer


Seasoning

Right after the frying, Season the fries with salt. Salt and fries is always a good combination. Make sure to season in separate basket and distribute salt evenly. Personalize your seasoning with Garlic powder or pepper flakes.
